Call Answering … do you need out of hours cover?

When I set up as a virtual assistant one of the services I considered offering was a call answering service.  Unfortunately in practice, this wasn’t practical, I couldn’t be tied to my desk permanently and grow my business.  I decided against offering it as a service.

Recently I joined forces with a number of other VAs; all offering call handling as a service under the Call Team banner.  I have mentioned them before but recently we’ve been able to extend the hours that we are able to cover call handling.  Originally 9 – 5 we are now able to cover 9am until 10pm.
