Half Term Holidays – who answers your calls?

School half-term holidays are fast looming and maybe you are thinking of taking a break?  Who will be handling your calls?

Call Team is a new service, set up by Virtual Assistant, Lyndsey McKendry of Diamond Secretarial.  The service is staffed byLyndsey and other VA’s meaning that, during office hours, calls for each other or clients can be handled quickly, professionally and efficiently.

We are so impressed with the concept and service that we too have signed up and can now offer, what we consider to be a first class service, to our clients.

The service takes minutes to set up and is low cost, effective and definitely worth considering for covering calls when you need to be out of the office at meetings, during holiday times or simply if you want to divert calls in order to gain some quiet time.
