Like you I am a convert to SmartSheet I now use them for a variety of tasks including call logs for clients, work received, what stage of process, when returned and also for invoicing. The main things I find really useful are the fact you can share the sheets with others, email rows and add attachments. Ih has streamlined my working processes. Emily what a fantastic post.
